Hired by this cloud accounting company to write all copy for their new website, ensuring all sections were SEO-optimised and translating complex accounting and cloud computing concepts to a B2C audience.

Case study: Patch Plants

​

As the sole in-house copywriter for this beloved plant delivery service, I defined the brand's millennial-friendly TOV. I wrote all comms and marketing materials, from direct marketing emails to web and social copy. I also wrote the brand's "plant bible" – a complete A-Z plant care guide, which meant making complex botanical phenomena digestible to a plant novice.​

Case study: London Coffee Festival

I was hired on a short-term contract to produce content in support of the London Coffee Festival, one of the most widely-attended events in the coffee industry. I wrote all internal and external comms, including newsletters, SEO-rich website content, press releases, announcement bulletins and more. I also co-edited the festival's flagship magazine (print circulation 50 000).
