As a journalist, I've foraged for wild herbs by the Red Sea, made traditional Jewish cakes with Hungary's most famous pastry chef, and been serenaded by an intergalactic furry inside a flying saucer in Barcelona. I've also reviewed some incredible restaurants and hotels across Europe - like that time I had a French chateau entirely to myself. No, I'll never stop talking about that.
